2. Are your products really made in India?
Absolutely. 100% proudly made in India — from fabric to final stitch. No outsourcing. No compromise.
3. I saw a kurti. I blinked. It vanished. Will it come back?

4. Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
If we haven’t started packing your order, yes. But once it’s on the move — it’s all yours, babe. (Support us at support@fayawomenswear.com and we’ll see what we can do.)
5. What if I receive a damaged product?
Ugh, we hate that too. If your garment is damaged or torn during delivery, we’ve got your back. Just don’t remove the tags and contact us within 48 hours at support@fayawomenswear.com.
6. Do you accept returns?
Only if the item is damaged on delivery. No exchanges for sizing or style change. We don’t do fashion regrets, only fashion wins 😉
7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Right now, we’re a prepaid-only tribe. Easy, secure, and fast. No delivery drama.
8. How will I know if my order is shipped?
We’ll shoot you an SMS and email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our studio. No ghosting here.
9. How long does delivery take?
2–7 business days depending on where you live. But trust us — it’s worth the wait.
